Embark on a wild adventure featuring the most exotic, taboo foods and LIVE SEAFOOD! This challenge will broaden our culinary horizons and give you a new perspective on how you could transform these ingredients into a gourmet cuisine. Dinner will follow after the class – if you dare to partake!
Each team will have to abide by the following rules:
- Each team will be presented with a live seafood etc, live crabs or eel. And each team will to prep the live seafood before cooking it.
- Each team is given a duration of 1.5 hours to prepare a three courses gourmet meal.
- Each team must cook enough serving portions for their team members consumption. Any wastage of ingredients or failure to prepare enough servings will be penalised.
