At a young age, Zac discovered his love for the gastronomically world while watching and helping his grandmother whipped up dishes of delicacies for his family. His cooking styles are often interpreted in a contemporary and refined way.

With his deep-rooted love for food preparation and cooking, Zac decided to start his professional career as a Chef in high school working as a private chef and was given many opportunities to work under many experienced and renowned Executives chefs.
