Personal Chef Lucile Konialidis’ art of cooking combines her French heritage and international lifestyle. She was born in Lille, in the North of France but grew up and studied in the South, near the Italian border. This combination of France and Italy lay the foundation to the way she approaches cooking. After finishing her Masters in Tourism and Hospitality, she moved to New York, where she worked in one of the city’s finest hotels, the Saint Regis.
Her life as a young mother, first in New York and then in San Francisco exposed Lucile to New American Cuisine, which draws on French classical cooking but is unafraid to bend the rules. She returned to live in Europe for three years before coming to Singapore in 2009 where she started to help her friends host dinner parties. Lucile began her collaboration with Personal Chef Singapore in 2013.
