Personal Chef John Sawarto – For over 12 years of experience in the food industry and having to travel and work across the globe from Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, China & France, Sawarto has enriched himself with a great sense of culinary skills & knowledge. Born in Indonesia and raised in Singapore, He has always been exposed to great variety of exotic ingredients, flavors & textures.
After graduating from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Paris, in Culinary Arts, Majoring in Cuisine & Patisserie, he moved to China to further enhance his culinary journey with luxurious international 5 star hotels such as the Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Small Luxury Hotels & Resorts & China Famous Hotels Corporation.
